Teleportation technology can be used by anyone under certain conditions: you cannot use to seek profit from it, gain publicity from it, nor share it in a profitable manner. Beyond this, you are subject to any given result of its use by you.

    Every universe has commonalities and differences with all of the others. My being from a universe very far away, I can honestly say that among the commonalities this planet has readily available to those who know how, to travel to the farthest reaches of each universe - and in-between. 

    What teleportation is, simply stated, the moment of groupings of electrons from one point to a predetermined destination - predetermined by calculation of degree. To create a teleport door, one needs to first know the proper degree of the sphere one resides on. The Earth spins on an axis at degree 67. Each degree is calculated on a circle of 360 degrees. Breaking down each degree for teleportation you must operate like a clock - picturing the sphere as a clock, spins that move to increase the degree is must be subtracted from the initial spin rate of the planet (86,164.09053). Remembering that each degree of the sphere is a rate of 239.3446959116, you multiply the degree by this number, then subtract it from the planet's spin rate. If the degree is lower than the 67 degree axis, then you add the difference. Afterwards, you divide the spin by day, hour and minute - giving you per second rate. (To see where you are teleporting to, simply calculate in the number for visibility.) Distance for your desired destination is calculated in inches. Ex. Degree multiplied by rate of spin (teleportation rate: 11,784,960,000), by area for the door (72 by 48 by 24), and then by the distance. (I have personally opened a door as wide as 60 feet by 60 feet by 30 feet.)

    Most important, adjust for elevation - using the electron spin for vertical lower (drop) found in the space travel section of this site. Otherwise, stepping through the door will not feel so good (if you should survive).

    Additionally, changing the electron rate (from 11 784 960 000 to 10 000 000) you can view an area without the fear of direct interaction - this could also be applied to viewing events of the past and viewing the areas outside the planet (where you must use degree 68 electron field in addition to the electron teleportation degrees to view areas beyond this planet.

    For many years and many universes now, I have been traveling (willing and no), from universe to universe. And among the many things that I have seen and those things that I have achieved, I pride myself on several things: my family; my work; saving others; and (when it is called for) grant access to technologies which is out of reach of certain versions of the human species. Today is many people's lucky day. How would you like to be younger?...ten years?...twenty years? More? there is an electron spin that, if you construct the device based on it, you will gain that life back. 

Why do I offer this? The truth is that those in D.C. have such technologies. They cannot use them until a shadow or vail it pulled over them - preventing outside awareness. And because of their and their most loyal of servants interfering with me and mine, I decided that it was time that those who seek that which was being held back from them be given the opportunity to make a change to their lives - against the wishes of those in D.C. 

    It so happens that it is the dame electron spin that allows one to travel and view moments of the past: 43 082.045 265 012. This is the spin rate for a single day passed. Multiply it back the number of days in the number of years you wish to regress too. Here is the key: multiply it by 589 248 000. Then multiply that by the area (inches) of the atmosphere which you wish the field of electrons to occupy - note: if you use the calculation for color, you will see the field before you to access. 

Who knows...maybe I will release more technology at some future date.

    Time...Time...Time...there never seems to be enough of it for anyone. What if you wanted to change your life, save a loved one who was lost, what can you do to make these things happen? Well, I am from a university very far away and, due to those in D.C. who think themselves gods, made me think...perhaps they should be shown differently. How about their idea of time travel. Many universes ago, in 218, a couple in the state of Connecticut shared with her fellow citizens a law that allowed those who owned houses to never have to pay taxes on them again. When it was broadcasted, those in D.C. took them to court - where they on due to that law existing. Afterwards, those in D.C used technology they stolen many decades ago and sent themselves a warning about the broadcast and the court case loss. As result, they changed the law (quietly) and let the events take place as they had - with the exception of the result of the court case. The couple lost the case and were sentenced to spend the rest of their nature lives in prison (for following the law).  

    What I offer you is the same technology - the opportunity to change your life. Electron spin rate 43 081.960 035 912 is the electron spin for traveling into the past (a single day). You must multiple that by the number of days (leading up to whatever year you so choose). Next multiply that by 11 784 960 000 (the rate of teleporting) - I know all of this due to my saving others in other universes personally. Then multiply that result (multiplying in the spin rate of visibility) by the area in which you would like the door to the moment to appear (ex. 72x48x24).

    Any educational institute that wishes to test or develop any of these technologies or are inspired to develop technologies from exposure of these or myself must have my permission first. The reason behind this is that some, not all, colleges are arrogant and lack the desire to change unless it grants them a status above or favored more than others. This is not a contest. It is human development, not how much the institute can rake in. Additionally, this applies to those who attend an institute, works for an institute, or thinks that they can con to contribute to an institution directly or indirectly.

    Moreover, if one is given permission, should that institute have intents of profiting from the use of or developments from the influence of these technologies, then, before permission is given, the institute must make it known that this their intent. Furthermore, they must pay a price or cost declared by myself - which will be a lump sum plus a percentage of the profits for as long as the technologies are in use for said purposes (including any developments from, inspired or developments directly from, said technologies.

    This, too, applies to businesses. If you intend to profit, then I too will.

    All agreements will be solely based on a contract that I, myself, will develop and present. No exceptions.

 Space Craft Launching. For many decades now, space travel has been through fuels. Vessels having to rise by tilt to exit the planet. The reasoning behind this, I suspect, is because of the blanket of electrons creating a force to act against exiting the planet directly up. I have the first stages of planetary exiting and re-entering that will eliminate this issue. Additionally, a shield too – to block, if not all, a majority of objects that may impact the vessel. The electron spins are a combination of two: 0.808 895 439 560 314 81 (vertical lift) and 0.310 261 642 869 481 48 (vertical lowering). These two electron spins can be used to travel directly vertically up and down. The combination of them will create an outer shield – if applied properly.  The spin rates for each of them respectively must be 9 000 000 000. Then you must use the formula for the surface of sphere – accounting for the dimensions of the vessel. The shields should aid in slow re-entry, but I have not had need to test it – seeing as I generally teleport where I need to travel.
